Editorial Policy

This policy explains how Tekno Guide chooses topics, writes articles, handles corrections, and separates editorial work from advertising.

Effective date: July 20, 2026

Mission

Tekno Guide helps readers make practical technology decisions. Our articles are designed to be understandable, specific, and useful without relying on fear, hype, or confusing jargon.

Originality

Articles on Tekno Guide are written for this site. We do not publish copied third-party articles, spun content, scraped summaries, doorway pages, or pages built only to manipulate search or advertising systems. Short quotations or references may be used where appropriate and should support original explanation.

Accuracy and updates

Technology changes quickly. We review articles when a product category, browser feature, operating system, policy, or security recommendation changes materially. Articles include update dates so readers can judge freshness. If a guide may vary by platform, it explains the difference or encourages verification.

Corrections

Readers can report corrections by emailing cancat@tekno.biz.id. A useful correction includes the page URL, the claim at issue, and a reliable explanation or source. We prioritize corrections involving reader safety, privacy, security, or financial consequences.

Advertising separation

Advertising, affiliate links, sponsorships, and commercial relationships do not control editorial conclusions. If paid content is ever published, it will be clearly labeled. Ads will not be designed to imitate navigation, download buttons, article controls, or site messages.

Content we do not publish

Tekno Guide does not publish malware instructions, credential theft material, adult content, gambling content, illegal drug sales, dangerous deception, hateful content, copied content, or misleading downloads. Security articles focus on protective and educational steps.
